"The place was great. Lots of room, nicely redone. However, the details of the place are mis advertised. It said there was WiFi, there was none. It said there was a pool, there was none. It said there are 4 rooms, there are only 3. The other sleeping area is in a hall way or on a mezzanine above the living room, so no privacy. "We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better."
