"Maison et jardin très agréable; très propre à notre arrivée, et correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, grosse surprise à notre accueil de nous demander 130 euros pour la prestation ménage de fin de séjour, qui n'était pas prévue à la réservation, et qu'il a fallu régler immédiatement. Selon les conseils d'Abritel, cette clause aurait dû être prévue dès la location et nous n'aurions pas dû la payer, le séjour étant réglé dans l'intégralité. Grosse contrariété pour commencer les vacances, dommage....

"This is clearly a 5-star property both in a lovely removed, private setting yet mere steps from the old town. The cottage is lovingly crafted and very up to date. I was sorry not to have a "welcome notebook" with a history of the property as that would have been entirely fascinating. And although we figured everything out, a "user's guide" attached to that notebook would have been helpful. It is a spectacular property and was a joy to experience. "

This villa is part of a working farm (sheep & goats) this caused major issues with flys I means loads of them so much so that you could not eat or drink outside in the beautiful sunshine. "La p'tite bergerie is a beautiful gite, and has everything you need to make your stay homely and comfortable. It is set in an absolutely lovely area, very peaceful and relaxing, but is ideally located to many other towns, villages and sights this part of the Dordogne has to offer. Beatrice and Remy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much for them, we really felt a friendship has been formed, so much so that we will be returning in December to enjoy their gite at Christmas time...can't wait!...
