Perfectly complete for you including closets with hanging space, luggage storage and full length mirrors reflecting back light from the windows. Conveniently close, you’ll find a bathroom that will serve you well with shower/tub combo that's comfortably sized.

Stay cool in warmer months with air conditioning in the main living area & ceiling fans in each bedroom. Never fear a power outage with the whole house generator!

Located on a scenic drive between Gig Harbor, Belfair & Allyn, a nice mid-point to Hood Canal with nearby access to state & national parks, beaches, hiking, and kayaking. Famous Big Bubba's Hamburger in Allyn or the Hideaway in Belfair are local favorite eateries with many more along the way to Gig Harbor.

Our water view looks out over a salt water bay where the tides come in and out twice per day. As a result, when the tide is out the water goes away completely for a few hours, replaced by the view of shimmering tide flats, birds feeding & the sound of trickling streams where the salmon run.

The property is located on a medium bank waterfront, with no access to the water. There are no rails, fences or barriers to the steep embankment, so please supervise children carefully & stay away from the embankment in the dark.

Cell phone signals are not super strong in our area, so you may experience spotty phone calls.

The house is located off a 2-lane thoroughfare. As a result, there should be some traffic expected. The house is built from ICF Concrete, so any audible traffic noise inside the house is minimal.

Use the hot tub at your own risk. We don't recommend heating higher than manufacturer recommended temperature of 100 degrees. Never leave children unattended

Guests checking out on Sunday or Mondays are asked to bring the garbage and recycle bins to the end of the driveway on Sunday night for early Monday pickup.

The entire home and property are available to guests, with the exception of the outdoor storage shed & a locked storage closet in the home.

Early check in is sometimes but not always available, for an additional fee of $35 per hour for every hour before 4:00 PM. Due to outgoing guests, we may not be able to authorize an early check in until the day of check in, if at all. Late check out, if it is available, is at $35 per hour for every hour past 11 AM. Please arrange late checkouts the night prior so that we can move the cleaners schedule.

Host is not responsible for third party amenity interruptions; such as electricity water, gas or internet. These are beyond our control. For example; anything due to weather or natural causes, down power lines, frozen pipes, any outages. Therefore, we cannot give refunds for these reasons.

Exterior cameras monitor the front door & driveway along with a portion of the backyard. Cameras in the covered patio and on the patio next to hot tub are not monitored during guests stay & don’t impede on guest privacy. Home is fully armed while vacant.
