"They have a restaurant the sits next to the lobby, simple food but EXCELLENT! Went there multiple times while we stayed there and not once was disappointed. The room was nice and clean, but I would mention that check out is at 10AM, not 11. When we booked this hotel it had said check out was 11, but the morning of check out our television said 10am. The staff was really nice and understood; we checked out 10-15min past 10 and they were cool with it; we did call them and let them know we would be checking out a bit late. Its conveniently close the the Nagoya station which made it very convenient to get around. There is/was a lot of construction going on n the areas when we were there."

"Nice hotel close to Nagoya station. A little inconvenient for us because the elevator to access underground passage to the station was out of service when we were there. Plenty of shops & eateries around the hotel. Our room was clean. A bit small with 2 large suitcases but ok."

"The place is very near nagoya JR station, 7 mins walk. I join some day tour and the day tour meeting place was 5 mins walking distance from hotel. I love the spa with outdoor pool as well that helps me relaxing after one day tour, the hotel personnels were very helpful. One thing should be improved was the coffee at the room, some APA hotel has drip coffee pack instead of instant office in ghis APA hotel."
