Steps away from the crowded city and destress within nature. Our house is surrounded by a beautiful forest to ensure you have privacy and tranquility. Enjoy outdoor activities throughout sunshine coast which include kayaking, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

This house is situated among the natural forest on private 10 acres at the heart of Gibsons. Plenty of outdoor space on the property to picnic and explore. Roaming deers in the yard could be seen all year round. Each year typically starting from late March, thousands of Pacific tree frogs who live on the property wake up from their winter hibernation. Males call to attract females during the breeding season. In the early spring, the calls from countless frogs fill the night's silence with their joyful chorus.

weekend with the family
Our stay was great. The place was spotless, free of clutter and the location of this property was great.it had a private yard that was great for the kids to play in and was very close to a grocery store, coffee shops etc .. and a cider brewery that was great with the kids. Andy was extremely accommodating and had speedy responses to all communication sent. We had a wonderful little get away:)

Quiet & Cozy
We enjoyed your 2 nights here , we had a fire New Year’s Eve and it was beautiful. Stars were all out and we all relaxed . The home is clean and had pretty much everything we needed . Everyone loved having their own bedroom. We cooked all our meals here and just enjoyed the place . This s worked great for our family of 5 .

Peaceful location, about 35 minute walk to the bay - which has a great atmosphere & lovely views. Short walk to local supermarket which was extremely useful & very well stocked. Walked up Soames Hill to see beautiful views too - didn’t see any cougars or bears! Only a short stay but liked Gibsons vibe. Hosts came immediately when we had a problem with how to lock the front door (which was down to our ignorance!) - very helpful.

Check and check out was easy. This large pre-fab home would easily sleep 4-6. While being a bit older it was equipped with all necessary kitchen, sleeping and bathroom supplies. There is a large private deck with table and chairs and sun umbrella in an open space surrounded by woods which was quite lovely. The living room and kitchen area is also big.

Amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone heading to the Sunshine Coast!
My family and I (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at this lovely home for 8 nights and had the most lovely and relaxing time! The place had everything we could need (especially amazing air conditioning and fans during the heat), it was really clean, and Andy was so friendly and responsive! The hosts even let us use some of their fire wood for the fire pit which was perfect for cooler evenings. The space was so peaceful - surrounded by trees and nature, we loved the outside decking and hammock. We also really appreciated how close it was to the shops and lower Gibsons + it’s conveniently right across the road from the amazing Banditry Cider - perfect! Would recommend to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast!

We loved our little vacation here!!! The house was very clean and everything we needed was supplied. Andy and Sue were there if we need anything. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Quite spacious and pleasant accommodation. Owners live nearby and were very kind to bring us some firewood for firepit. Good privacy and lovely surrrounding but you can hear the main road, although did not bother us. Is beautiful when weather is nice ;)

Just what we needed
We came to Gibson’s for my sons soccer game and stayed here for 2 nights. It was just what we needed. It was clean and tidy, had all of the necessities (utensils, cutlery, seating, TV, laundry, shower, etc), was close to town and amenities and we even had some wildlife (deer, owls, etc). A fantastic host who gave us our space but let us know he was nearby if we needed anything. Thank you!

Perfect!
We had just finished a week of camping and thought we could treat ourselves to at least one night of not packing out another tent. Owner is very nice and quick to reply to all messages. He is very accommodating. The washroom is great - my daughter ran her face into the glass door; that’s how clean it was!! Would definitely choose this place again! Thanks Andy!!

We stayed three nights at this property. It worked really well as it was close to town, but the property is set apart from the owners main house providing lots of privacy.
