"The hotel is very nice. The room were a little dated and didn’t have all the supplies you would want if you wanted to cook in a lot. The pools are beautiful. They staff is very nice and accommodating. The area, Wedy Bay has great beaches and plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Most the people staying there have been multiple times. Overall a great resort and location. We will be back. "

"This is a wonderful little hotel, an oasis of peace and cleanliness in a busy area. We felt very relaxed here. The breakfast was wonderful and all of the dinners we had at Naboo were great. If were were to return to Roatan, we'd definitely come back to Naboo. The public alley/small street outside (Banarama) is a different matter. There may be nothing the hotel can do about it, but the road is a mess and reflects the low investment in public sanitation common throughout Roatan. The road is not paved, water line breaks keep the puddles constantly fed (an issue on an island where dengue and malaria circulate), and trash was strewn about on the lower segment toward the beach every single day we were there. "

"Loved our stay at the Bananarama. Staff were very friendly. The attached restaurant, The Thirsty Turtle, had some of the best service we received in Roatan, and they have daily food and drink specials. Our room was about a 30-second walk to the beach. Banarama has an area reserved with lounge chairs solely for hotel guests, and they enforce it. The hotel is practially at the center of West Bay Beach also, making it a perfect spot. The rooms could use a little TLC, but that's so insignificant that it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. "
