Loved the indoor space and patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Convenient Market located at the ground level for anything you need and pubs and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend."

"This rental was fantastic for our group. We arrived to a very clean apartment that looks just like the photos with everything exactly as written in the listing. The neighbourhood is very safe and the building had added security doors as well. We were a group of 5 women near downtown Edmonton and felt very safe at all times. We all would recommend this listing, especially if you are attending an event at the Commonwealth, wanting to shop at the Kingsway Mall, or just be close to downtown. Thanks "

"I was very pleased with this property, however the booking came as a result of my original property being somehow double-booked! Which I leaned as I was a half an hour away. As a result, I had to scramble to find a place, which was now a 30 minute walk from my conference instead of the 10 I had originally booked. One very concerning issue with the booking: every time I tried to communicate with the host, the Vrbo website said "page not found". As a result, i was never able to reply to my host,...

"This was a great place to stay for us. We were in Edmonton to attend a concert at Commonwealth Stadium. While it’s too far to walk to the stadium, we were walking distance to the train. I would stay here again."

"Half the living room floor is particle board. The bedroom had a steady rattling noise coming from the ceiling that made it impossible to sleep. I left at midnight at the same day i checked in. The place is overpriced and I could not even get a reasonable credit from the owner. Shame on VRBo to allow this listing"
