"There was no staff around except on a limited basis. Did not have a bar or beverage service. Dinner was mediocre. "

"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast good and the staff very friendly. However the place is not as advertised. The pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for some time. No bar or restaurant (s). Just open for breakfast. There is another resort nearby that has these facilities so if they are important to you beware. "

"Very nice setting, quiet area, free parking and clean rooms. Cons -The b'fast is pretty basic, i would have expected something a little bit better (although continental) -Wifi in room wasnt good. used 3G most of the time. "Really nice set up. Location is a little out of the way, but then it is an Agriturismo. Located approx 15 minute drive up a very steep and winding road, a little hairy at times!! However the view from the chalets towards Etna is great. The site is set on a hillside so an uphill walk or short drive to breakfast/dinner. The pool was fantastic and Filippo brought regular supplies of chilled water for us at the poolside. Dinner was buffet style with lots of variety and good value at 25euros...

"Laura is a superb host. Her meals are not to be missed. Location is isolated and peaceful, yet driveable to Mt. Etna, Catania and Siracusa. And there are views of Etna from right on the property. We shall return."

"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. "My wife and I stay at Antico Borgo ant it was awesome. Rooms are clean very well maintained with great restaurant and plenty of space to walk around. Great views on Etna and sea from terrace. We received excellent host service from Francesca. She is very friendly and will help you with any request. Thank you Francesca!!!"

"All I can say this place is amazing. As it was out of season,we were the only couple here and we were looked after like royalty. The room was beautiful ,modern and rustic. Breakfast was wonderful a cooked or continental. We were surrounded by 3000 lemon trees and the whole experience made us feel so special. We didn't have a car and walked from the station and spent our stay walking - which was so easy. Can't wait to return again soon ❤️"

"Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, very easy to roam around without a vehicle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent with stunning views of Mount Etna. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "

Great location

"Great view. It was possible to park in the big public parking garage and walk up the stairs in the back of the garage up to the hotel (if you are in shape, otherwise take the free bus). We found this useful. Also everything you want to see and do in Taormina is easy to walk to from this location."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Rita did an absolutely outstanding job at check-in. She was extremely welcoming and spent extra time recommending dining options in the area. The room was clean and spacious. The view - amazing. The location couldn't be more perfect - it's right on the main pedestrian street with easy access to everything. All the staff were courteous and pleasant. If I ever come back to Catania, I would stay here again."
