"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

"Our 2 month journey began here. We stayed 8 days and we hiked between each town. Monterosso makes you feel that you are in a spacious town. We did most of our dinners in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. The views from the apartment are stunning. This place is a real gem and if available you should book without hesitation. Cristina was amazing help with all of our needs. "Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees.
