"Our stay was really nice and the place well kept. But this changed when we were checking out and had to strip our sheets off the bed to take to reception. When doing this we found black mould over the mattress and I’m not talking about a little bit. It’s was truly disgusting and after seeing that, I think Nomads needs to step up and get on top of this as it’s not good enough for how much they charge for a backpackers. "

"The friendliest place I've stayed in a long time. The common areas are a perfect mix of relaxed in atmosphere and comfortable for the minute you sit down. Absolute gem. Recommended for travellers who love an eclectic mix of people and the possibility of work around Noosa or bargain cars being offloaded. This joint had personality in spades."

"Flashpackers was an unexpected find. The proximity to the action in Noosa was handy and it allowed me to better explore a side I'd overlooked before. It was far enough removed to allow for some rest too- heck, I even had the room to myself for the last night! Likee the laundry around the back and the clothesline. "The room was really cold with the air con on and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was poor lighting, in the bathroom and bedroom, it was too soft. The verandahs are tiny as well. The position of the resort is great, close to all the shops, restaurants and very close to the beach. The western side of the building is on Venning Street which is very busy and noisy. I’d give this place a 4 star rating."
