- **Included:** All beds will be prepared with fresh bed linen, and extra blankets are provided in the wardrobes for added comfort. Guests will also receive **two towels per person**, placed on the beds ready for use.

Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages (excluding normal wear and tear), missing items, or excessive noise disturbances:
- €200 for up to 6 adults (shared pool properties)
- €400 for 7 adults or more (private pool properties)
The deposit will be temporarily held on a valid debit/credit card and automatically released within 3–7 days after checkout, provided no damages or issues are reported. Baron Holiday Homes has 48 hours from checkout to notify guests of any damages or missing items in writing.
