"1- They were having an after party at the hotel with very loud music, so we could not sleep at all at night 2 -They didn't accept credit card when we checked in, they told us to withdraw money and pay later 3- There was nobody to carry our luggage and to show us where the room was, and it was VERY far from the reception 4- There were no towels in the room, we had to go after the cleaning person to get some towels 5 - The curtains of the room are full of holes and the light passes through...
