"Hotel Biffy is a beautiful property. The rooms are nice. The staff are professionaly, courteous, helpful and most speak English. On the flip side, Hotel Biffy is primarily a function venue. I stayed for 8 nights. Of those, there were events 4 of the 8 nights. 2 went well past midnight. 2 went until 2AM. There is no soundproofing for the rooms.
