"At check-in, we weren't informed of any details, such as breakfast time, wifi, pool hours, etc. I asked if we could be given an early breakfast. He said he would check on that, but we never got an answer. We got in the pool, which looked beautiful, but soon realized it was very dirty and full of bugs. When I showered after the pool, I realized I had someone's hospital wristband stuck in my hair. The room was clean and since it was made of cement, bugs are unlikely to become an issue. We did have a couple of lizards in the room, though. If you're leaving very early, that is a little difficult as the property is very dark. We left around 5 in the morning. "

"The front desk staff was super friendly and we were able to check in with no problems. The room was basic yet comfortable. The hotel was located in a very natural setting and you felt you were among nature. Not for the parts I did not like. Breakfast was included, we arrived at breakfast and the majority of the food was gone. We took some fruit to get started while we waited for the pans to be replenished.. they brought eggs, yet only brought enough to get for one child. It was a while longer before more eggs were cooked and brought out. Needless to say, the breakfast was disappointing.. As I said earlier, the room was comfortable for the time you are in it. "
