"Our recent stay at The Holman in Salem showcased the hotel's exceptional construction quality and outstanding interior design. The attention to detail in both decor and comfort is truly remarkable. However, we encountered some confusion regarding the breakfast service. Despite selecting the breakfast package for our family, there seemed to be a communication gap with the cafe staff about what was included in our accommodation. The ordering process was challenging due to staff uncertainty about the breakfast allowance terms. The situation was ultimately resolved at checkout, where the front desk staff professionally handled the matter by adjusting our bill to compensate for the shared breakfast, charging only the gratuity. While the food service team was friendly, the dining experience was somewhat impacted by distracting behavior from one staff member, which made the already complicated breakfast ordering process more difficult to navigate. The hotel's physical amenities are outstanding, though some improvement in breakfast service coordination would enhance the overall guest experience."
