"No running water on the two night we stayed there. Couldnā€™t shower, couldnā€™t even use the toilet. And when we asked, we were told that they were out of water and that was it. Nothing offered to at least flush the toilet or have a little bit of water. On a good side, breakfast was good."

"Comfy little place in gerupuk. Neni, ramli, putu and all the staff there were super friendly and accommodating. Helped organise transport, boat to Bali and fixed my air con in no time. Nice, light filled bathroom and the water dispense was a nice touch. Free breakfast too. The wifi and the surf boat operator were sketchy as but that's just gerupuk in general, not this hotel in particular. "

"Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didnā€™t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as itā€™s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so itā€™s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No...
