"It’s on the other side of the river where the older section is where most of the restaurants and shopping is but it’s only about a 15 minute walk. It is very close to the famous park with the fountain and gardens where Sound of Music scenes were filmed. It’s also a short walk to the booth to book various tours. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with a view of the city. There is also a basement restaurant with great traditional food in large portions. It’s worth the extra few minutes of walking to get to the other side of the river. "

"Property is about 10-15 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from old town. They provided lockers to store our luggage when we arrived early and our room was not ready. There is no person to greet you at the counter but the phone near the kiosk to check-in connects to a person who answered fairly quickly and was helpful. "
