"This is simply stunning bed and breakfast. But that’s it. Mountain View in Lecco. Immaculate place with zero room amenities. A common area for use at certain times and a beautiful pool. Breakfast one hour only, we didn’t take it as it’s served too late. Many rules including no eating in a room with no fridge or coffee maker. 20 min drive to Lecco Centro and 45 mins to como. "

She spoke over the phone and refused to meet me, she offered me a room but said i would have to pay again! Got Hotels.com to intervene, they sorted it but took 90mins and go no appology from manager. Never book accomodation with My Rooms again, Rude Arrogant and incomputent....
