"Outstanding service, outstanding views, and top quality food."

"Room was clean, hotel was generally ok. Two massove issues for us. The photos and description showed a washing machine which wasnt there, if we knew there was no laundry facilities we would have booked elsewhere. Worst of all, the room and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette and cannabis, so much we couldnt sleep for both nights. There were discarded cigarette butts on other balconies. The management wouldnt change room for us."

"I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. "

"Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. "
