The property is outside of touristic area. If you are looking for local life and want to see real culture, this is perfect place to go. The staffs were very friendly. Food was delicious. Pool was out crowded by local touristic families. The view is nice and surrounded by mountains.

Otel temizlik açısından berbattı. Odanın banyosu lekeli pisti. Havuz suyu çok pisti. Her yer sinek içindeydi. Bahçenin heryeri dikenli otlar ile doluydu. Süs havuzlarının içindeki sular pislikten çöplüğe dönmüştü.

Odaları ve yemekleri güzel. Hizmette aksaklıklar var. Temizlik kötü diyebilirim. Çalışanların güler yüzlü oluşu 5 üzerinden 2'ye çıkarıyor. Engelliler için havuzları, odaları ve tuvaletleri uygun değil. Geliştirilmesi gereken çok şey var.

14.10.2023 Cumartesi günü giriş olacak şekilde otele gittik 601 numaralı oda verildi temiz dendi , keşke pis olsaydı . odanın kapısını açtığımızda içeride eşyalar vardı tv açıktı ve kart takılıydı. odanın dolu oldugunu anlayıp lobiye geri döndük resepcion ile görüştük odanın boş oldugunu dolu olamayacagını söylediler , Allahtan oda sahibi şikayete geldi anladılar sonra durumu. 621 numaralı odamız boş dendi bu sefer oraya geçtik orasıda pis çıktı , Odalardaki yataklar rahatsız , biz memnun kalmadık yemekleride çok kötüydü sıcak yemek bulamadık ekmek salata soğuk çorba ile karnımızı doyurduk. sabahta erkenden ayrıldık otelden. Benim için kötü bi tatilde hiç memnun kalmadım

Otelin genel olarak imkanları güzel akşam eğlenceleri yiyecek ve içecekler gayet başarılı ama temizlik konusunda verilebilecek tek puan 0dır. 4 gün orada kaldık odamız temizlenmedi çarşaflar havlular değişmedi biz söyleyince değiştirdiler. Banyo ve tuvalet kısımları oldukça bakımsız ve eski zor banyo yapıyorsunuz.

Otel genel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Beklentilerinizin çoğuna karşılık veriyor. Çalışanlar nazik ve saygılılılar. Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda da iyi. Biz gittiğimizde kalabalık bir döneme denk geldi. Resepsiyon giriş çıkışları organize edemediler. Birçok müşteri giriş için beklemek zorunda kaldı. Bu aksaklığı da yoğunluğa bağladılar. Termal suyu olan ve doga dostu bir tesis ,aile odalari genis ve rahat ama havalandirma sorunu mevcut,klima calistiginda odada koku oluyor,sigara icilmesi yasak sanirim ama oda sigara kokuyordu,yemekler temiz ama kaliteli degil,alkol yok,acik havuz doganin icinde olmasina ragmen muzik yuzunden cok gurultulu ve yeterli golgelik alan ve sezlong yok,kapali havuz bostu ama termal havuz guzeldi,personel ilgili ama otel genelinde bir bosvermislik var,koridorlardaki isiklar yer yer yanmiyor ve karanlikta gidiyorsunuz.
