"The hotel staff specifically the owners were very rude and mean. There was two bugs in our room as soon as we walked in closet was broken and not close to much good except hotel restaurants where owner yelled at me for wanting to get pizza to go. I will never come back here !"

"Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "
