"Loved our stay here. Just the nicest most accommodating people. Early check in, took our luggage upstairs for us, self service wine, soft drinks and snacks in the evening, lovely cafe. Quick walk over the bridge into town. "

"Second time staying here when using Hahn airport. It's a few minutes walk from the terminal but there is a shuttle bus as well. There is plenty of parking for those driving. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was packed with parties but the helpful staff found me a spot so I could eat. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick. "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"There is free parking across the street, but it is limited. The rooms were on the small side, but nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The breakfast was very good and the staff were an absolute joy."
