"The walls are pretty thin. Maybe some rugs or carpet would absorb some sound. Carlos was super friendly and came immediately when we called to say we arrived. Breakfast was simple, but good and plenty of pastries. Unfortunately the other guests didn’t realize we were also staying and they were yelling and speaking very loudly when they arrived late from dinner and early in the morning before our alarm. "

"Excellent holiday home for a group. Plenty of sitting areas. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of towels supplied. The home was very clean. Mattresses not the best. No mirrors in bedrooms. Internet extremely slow and not available in some areas of the house. Could have used more umbrellas for shade at the pool. A car is definitely a must. Very steep incline from town back up to villa. Town of Geres about 8 minute walk. Lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, bus stop for...

"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
