"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival....

"Very nice hotel. Large rooms, excellent bathrooms with rain showers, secure parking. Neighborhood is a bit mixed, and the restaurant in the hotel is decent but not memorable. Of course, we were there at the same time as three large bus tours. But I expect that’s pretty normal. All I all, a positive stay and I’d certainly consider returning."
