In the district of Gräfenroda 3 km from the centre of Geratal, 5 km from the lake, 150 m from the stream, in the countryside, south-east facing position. Private: natural state property 350 m2, garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow 30 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking at the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, bathing lake 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km, chair lift 18 km, slopes 18 km, ski school 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Oberhof 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Talsperre Lütsche 5 km, Talsperre Ohra 13 km.
3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. With sloping ceilings, simple and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Gas heating. Wooden floors. Large balcony 16 m2, large patio 30 m2, small patio 20 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue. View of the forest. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Angenehmes Haus
Wir hatten in dem Haus eine schöne Woche. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war das Fehlen eines Handlaufs an der Treppe zum Schlafzimmer. Für ältere Leute etwas schwierig. Viele Grüße ...

Erholung direkt am Waldrand
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt, eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist mittlerweile vorhanden (auf den Fotos ist noch die Kapselmaschine zu sehen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort, ein nahe gelegener Bäcker auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten spiegeln die Fotos die Einrichtung sehr gut wieder.

Sprookjeshuisje in een prachtige omgeving!
Een gezellig ingericht huisje midden in het bos met alles erop en eraan! Het huis is rustig gelegen en in de zomer goed koel te houden, dus van plakkerige nachten is geen sprake! Lekkere lange avonden op het grote terras. In de omgeving is weinig toerisme, toch is er veel te zien, men kan o.a. een bezoek brengen aan de Wartburg bij Eisenach, Gedenkstätte Buchenwald bij Weimar of het Bauernkriegspanorama in Bad Frankenhausen. Ook leuke stadjes in de buurt, zoals Ilmenau, Weimar en Erfurt.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, das kleine Häuschen ist perfekt für 3 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage im Grünen, nur wenige Meter zur Haltestelle Dörrberg.

Finnhütte in Gräfenroda
Die Ausstattung ist gut, nur in der Beschreibung steht Kaffeemaschine, welche für Filterkaffee erwartet wird und nicht eine Kapselmaschine wo man die Kapseln nicht für hat. Das riesige Radio ist überflüssig, nimmt nur Platz weg, der nicht im Überfluss da ist. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng für größere PKW's. Lage der Unterkunft super, eingeschlossen von Bäumen, ruhig, kurzer Weg zum Bahnsteig und viele Wanderungen können von dort aus gestartet werden.

Traumhafte Ruhe
Ja, das Haus ist klein. Ja, die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil. Ja, die Küche ist nicht wirklich zu Kochen geeignet. Aber all das haben wir anhand der Objektbeschreibung und der Foto's vorher gewußt. Wir wollten ein paar Tage Auszeit und Ruhe und keine Menschenmassen sehen. Genau das haben wir auch bekommen. Es war urgemütlich und alles hat gepasst. Die vorherige Absprache mit dem Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich und aussagekräftig. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für eine wunderbar erholsame Zeit.

klein maar fijn
De woning is kleiner dan je in eerste instantie denkt. De keuken bv. is erg petieterig, erin maaltijden bereiden is nauwelijks mogelijk. Voor ouderen is de woning niet geschikt. De trap op- en afgaan is een hachelijke onderneming voor die leeftijdcategorie.
