Recent luxury chalet on 117m² that can accommodate 6 people. 1km to the center, 2 km to the ski slopes and 500 m to the lake. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a storage room, a large living room with fireplace (digital TV and library) overlooking terrace, a kitchen open to living room fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Dutch oven) , appliance pierrade and fondue and all the dishes), a toilet with washbasin and a storeroom with washing machine. On the mezzanine floor decorated with armchairs and table (TV and CD player) overlooking large covered balcony and 3 bedrooms and bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Outside large private parking and large covered terrace with table and chairs. Ideal situation to discover the region.

Beau week-end sportif à Gerardmer
Réservation faite pour participer au triathlon de Gerardmer avec 2 copains et mon épouse. Chalet en parfait état, décoration chaleureuse, trois belles chambres,… Un beau parking d’au moins deux grandes places. Situation à proximité du lac et pas loin du centre. Moyen de faire beaucoup à pieds. Un seul défaut…le bruit qui remonte de la route de Bresse et peut perturber la quiétude des lieux…

Ruim erg mooi huis. Gunstig gelegen tov centrum, keurig en schoon. Heldere communicatie met eigenaar. Enige minpunt is geluid van de weg (overdag, in de nacht nauwelijks verkeer).

très bon week-end a la neige
Chalet propre et bien situé par rapport a Géradmer et le lac , pas loin des pistes de skies en voiture . les seuls bémols de cette location : pas d’appareil a fondue alors qu'il est précisé dans le descriptif du chalet ( on a du improvisé après avoir tout acheté pour la faire !) pour le bois il faut aussi aller en acheté sinon vous ne profiterais pas de la cheminé ,accès compliqué au chalet quand il y a de la neige (prévenue par le propriétaire ) sinon super week-end en famille a refaire Michel

Dans une ambiance hivernale et neigeuse séjour superbe sublimé par la présence d une cheminée Il faudrait juste préciser que le chemin d accès est très délicat si neige et glace. Impossible sans4x4 et n’eus adéquats

Chalet très accueillant et bien situé près du lac
Bon séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir Gerardmer en hiver avec en prime beaucoup de neige. Rien de mieux que la cheminée pour se réchauffer. Le chalet offre une très belle vue sur le lac et toute la ville. Seul bémol, le petit chemin menant au chalet, d’une cinquantaine de mètres, difficilement accessible sans pneus neige ou chaîne. A part ça, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Très beau chalet dans un cadre de verdure
Le chalet était fidèle aux photos de l'annonce très bien situé juste à 10mn à pied du bord de lac et de son beau parc..seul petit bémol la proximité de la route mais elle est vite oublier après la première journée et tout le plaisir que l'on a de vivre dans ce cadre chaleureux.. Nous reviendrons

Super bien residence
Belle residence et très bien equipeé et la communication entre nous et la propriétaire était très bien. Beaucoup de petites touches comme des livres, des magazines, le wifi et un beau jeu d'échecs. Seulement 5-8mins par pied du lac et centre ville.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le charme et le calme du chalet ! Et particulièrement la bibliothèque qui nous a sauvé lors de notre séjour particulièrement pluvieux... Seul bémol une route passante devant le chalet qui ne nous a pas dérangé sauf si vous aimez le calme absolu !
