"After a long drive from Dublin, we were in need of some pampering. Entering our room, I was shocked in how large it was. In addition to the king bed, it had a love seat and chair and a large table. There was also a large closet for your coats and other items. The safe was a plesant surprise. The bathroom had a large tub and shower. Bath bombs are available for sale at the reception area if one should want to indulge. We had dinner and breakfast on property and both were incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We really enjoying walking and jogging the trails around the hotel and taking a dip in the sea. The setting is beautiful, the staff are friendly and competent and the pool and sauna are equally good. I loved the fact that children are not allowed in the pool from 8am to 10am and from 6pm to 8pm to allow adults actually do some swimming - more hotels should institute that rule. Our only disappointment was when we arrived and found our room looked really tired and really needed a refurb. We feared that was what the rest of the hotel would be like (it wasn’t). Moreover, the manager gave us a discount on an upgrade and that instead set the tone for our stay. We will be back."
