"Beautiful property and great host."

"We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. "Single beds in large room were very firm and one creaked with every movement, We had no idea that building was either a gite or a B & B. When the latterthe kitchen/living area is shared with others. We left all our electronic and other things in this area while out the evening we arrived and were surprised to be joined by another guest in the morning! Host was helpful and courteous but as we speak very little French it was hard to chat.Property is beautifully presented and fitted out overall."
