"Kind staffs"

"Astonishing views all around the resort. Being close to the ferry terminal was a plus for us. The only problem was that the room temperature was way too hot, and there was no thermostat in the room. I was able to adjust the heating by calling reception, but apparently, the adjustment only lasted for one day."

"Very friendly service"

"It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November."

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. One last thing, there’s very nice sunrise spot on the mountain in front of the resort. "

"The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."

"There were no parking in the property, so we had to park outside on the curb side overnight. "
