Attractive, reasonable & clean
For a weekend stay, this worked very well for our group of 6 adults. It could've worked well for a couple children, also. Very clean, well stocked, reasonably priced, and pretty understandable rules. Happy with this choice!

The house is ok and big but neighborhood is bad looking. You are not allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet and they want you to clean up when leaving after paying a cleanup fee.

house was clean. Had everything we needed. The neighbors played loud music both nights one until 1:00am in the morning. It was farther out of town than expected but all in all a good trip

Peaceful and spacious
I rented this place for a Bachelorette party weekend. I didn't want to pay the exhorbitant prices to stay directly in town, so I rented this location. Driving to the house was a bit odd as the neighborhood was not what I expected at all; there was a truck and trailer parked next to the driveway, and there's an RV parked behind the backyard privacy fence. However, walking inside was pleasant. The house is very clean and well stocked (especially the coffee), the dining table is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood was very peaceful, and the host was very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again! To make this location perfect, I would move the truck and trailer from the front of the property, add a full length mirror so people can check out their full appearance, add fans or noise machines since it gets very quiet at night (!), install a bathroom vent fan, and add a can opener to the kitchen (I needed to open a can of coconut cream for my coffee and had to get creative). That's just simple feedback from a very happy renter, this was a pleasant stay and we appreciate you sharing your home with us.

Great stay- clean, stocked home!
My family and I stayed for a wedding in town and this house was perfect for us (5 adults 3 kids under 12). We had plenty of room to get ready. There are 2 large bathrooms.The house, especially the kitchen, was well stocked and comfortable. If we are planning a stay in Georgetown, I would definitely stay again.

Birthday weekend
Spacious house for us all. House full of women and all had space to “get ready”. We wanted a place to all be together for my daughter’s birthday and be close enough to venture out for hiking and hitting up downtown Austin. Had everything we needed.
