You will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and tours all within a few steps. Sit out on one of three balconies and take in the street view while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We are right in the heart of the downtown shopping district and just across the street from the entrance to Georgetown's Harborwalk.
A 1150 square foot spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa. Perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home. A full size, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and convenient if you choose to cook. Kitchen also has a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and teas. Perfect Getaway
The historical downtown stay was perfect. We were able to walk to the various shops, restaurants, museums, etc. from this central location. The upstairs apartment was beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect! Location was the best! Paper products and coffee and a few other necessities were provided. Very clean and fresh! We will be back!

Love this condo. Its a great location. Well stocked kitchen. Super clean. Love being downtown Georgetown. Split time between Huntington State Park beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Fresh seafood markets are amazing. We'll be back for sure.

Great clean and well manicured place. I had the privilege of meeting the Owner at checkout and you can hear the pride he takes to make sure everything is PERFECT !!! Oh, the best beds to sleep 🛌 in also. Great location and just great place.

This location was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend. All of our chosen venues were within walking distance to this lovely upstairs apartment. Ginger is a knowledgeable cheerful host who accommodates every need. The apartment is well-appointed and very roomy. This is definitely a repeat rental for future visits to historic Georgetown SC!

Very comfortable and centrally located near the corner of Broad and Front Streets near the Harborwalk, shopping, and dining. We parked the car and walked everywhere our entire stay. The unit itself is well appointed and the hosts are responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Ginger’s condo is just as listed - beautifully decorated and cozy with an excellent location to everything offered on Front Street. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Ginger’s communication with her guests is top notch. We will definitely return for more visits.

This apartment was super clean and oh so cozy! The beds were very comfortable and the owners have done an awesome job stocking the place well - everything you need is right there! Loved sitting out on the balconies and people watching. We even got a free concert one night right below us! We will be renting again!

Awesome Location
Went down with a few guys to play some golf and get away from our spouses and kids for weekend. Location was great for shopping around and walking distance to all restaurants and bars on Front Street. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to the action on Front Street. We’ll be back for sure.

The best of both worlds!
The location of this property can't be beat. The proximity to downtown and the harbor is even better than I imagined. Everything you could need from restaurants to shopping to beautiful waterfront views. And only 15-20 minutes from the beach! On top of the location, the property was just beautiful. Clean, well decorated, and the balcony view of downtown and the harbor is a real treat. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Family time
Ginger and her husband were both very gracious hosts and we would definitely choose to stay here again. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Very clean with nice fluffy towels and many blankets to cuddle into on the couch. Location is perfect for day trips to the beach or plantation explorations. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and walking on the pier.

New Year boys Duck hunt!! Shopping for Mom!!
The place was awesome 👌 Location is perfect for what ever you want to do. My boys went duck hunting and I was right there for the shopping and restaurants. My son and I got to speak with the one of the owners super nice guy. The house was super nice and everything was great. Alot of stuff already supplied to make you feel at home!!! We will be back. You will not be disappointed!!!

Convenience and Comfort
This space was so convenient to walking around downtown! We had a drink on the balcony as we waited to be seated at Rollin Local on a busy Friday night. The rooms were comfortable and the only downside was some noise from the street on Friday night. But the convenience of the location outweighed the little noise. We enjoyed our stay in Georgetown and would love to come back again.

Harbor Hideaway
Excellent property. Listing states 2 baths, however, it was 1.5 baths. Parking is a problem. Hard to sleep due to deliver personnel for town in early a.m. and bars at night.
