The place was well maintained and the staff ensured that the amenities were in good condition. We felt safe and the staff was always willing to answer any queries we had about transportation. The property was safe and centrall located with courteous and accomodating staff. I din not like the fact that there was no elevator nor a mini bar in the lobby to get some refreshments after hours.

My stay from 07/07 -07/13 was good. I loved the location! Walkable to Bourda Market and other places. The only think that was not good during my stay was that my TV did not work. I notified the front desk but nothing was done to fix the cable or tv in my room. Also there was a leak under my sink that maintenance did come look at but never returned to fix the issue. But overall for my shirt stay i in Guyana this hotel was convenient for my group.

Even thought the staff is super nice and always felt secure, the main issue i had was cleanliness. Im not expected a whole 5 star experience but at least all pilloes and sheets should be clean. Remote shouldn't be cover with substances. Same as the soaps and body wash.

Overall ok..the biggest issue is that the AC was not working properly in the room or main lobby. The staff was ok.. the Manager pleasant and helpful… the server in the restaurant crude and untrained.
