スタッフの対応のぞいて、最悪なホテルでした。 せっかくのスィートルーム予約で最上階ではあるものの、180度景色が見えるはずの窓が苔だらけ緑色でした。カーテンも古く、バスタブのあるお部屋を探してこのホテルにしましたが、栓もちゃんとはまらずお湯も溜まりません。おまけに金庫もテレビも壊れていました。ソファーも全てカビ臭く気持ち悪かったです。 海の見えるお部屋を探したのでせめて窓だけはちゃんと掃除して欲しかったです。

The rooms are huge and with great sea view. It’s a small distance away from the city centre but Grab cabs are aplenty and very very affordable. My only complaint with the hotel is that my room smelled a little of cigarettes even though it’s at a non smoking floor. Otherwise great value. Breakfast spread very so so but Penang has lots of local fare to try.

Super Value and Clean!
Value stay for junior suite room we’ve got for myr158 per nite. Amazing beach view from study nook. Double vanity with his and hers separate wardrobes complete with hotel monogrammed bathrobe n slippers. Jacuzzi is amazing. Aircond is great n we love the easy access to town. We ordered room service chicken chop, fish n chips and cantonese kuay teow which came within half hour. There is a dining table, and a second toilet that serves as a powder room. Lovely stay. My kids love the breakfast spread - cheerios cereal, meehoon soup, nasi lemak with ayam kapitan and ayam merah! Recommended highly for this budget range. Keep it up Northam!
