"This property is located within a medieval village and is over 1300 years old. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live as a King - this is your chance! The room we stayed in is home to the oldest Fresco in Civita di Bagnoregio. The rooms are filled with antiques and amazing art. Our room had everything from bathrobes to teas and snacks. And the breakfasts were 5 star! The walk into the village was spectacular. We cannot say enough about 5 Star host Christiana and her fabulous staff. We felt like family and we cried when we left. Do NOT miss this opportunity if you are lucky enough to have the chance to visit!"

"Civita di Bagnoregio" Palazzo Granaroli

Close to Civita

"Marco and Sara were both great at communicating the check-in/check-out process. The location was close to Civita walking bridge and Bagnoregio is a quaint city. Le Vie Del West is a sushi restaurant that turned out to have some of the best rice noodle dishes that we’ve had. The house was clean and had a piano our son enjoyed playing. There were also treats left for us which were a welcome site. "

Detached house with private pool near Bolsena and Orvieto.

Lovely house on the edge of Lubriano

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

Villa with pool in civita di bagnoregio OFFER FIRST 10 DAYS MONTH OF AUGUST

Amazing villa in a beautiful location

"We had a glorious week here with our 3 teenage children. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Fabrizio was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is close to the lake and the pool is lovely, so you can find lots to do or just relax at the villa. The only things I would highlight are that the WiFi is quite unstable and not great (but this didn’t bother us at all) and the downstairs bedroom (master bedroom) does not have air con. It has a fan and this was fine for us but could have been less comfortable had we arrived a week earlier when it was 38 degrees! But overall I would high recommend this lovely vial and we would definitely come back!"

Fantastic value for money. Clean and welcoming.

"I stayed for a whole week. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in provided on a self service base (mostly carbs and dairy), but there's a fridge should you want to have you own stuff (I had clearly labelled plastic boxes). Super clean. Room tidied every day. Free parking very close. I would use the place again."
