Delightful two-room apartment in the heart of Genoa.

Delightful apartment on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a prestigious and ancient building in one of the most beautiful streets in the center of Genoa. Consisting of a large living area with open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and shower with chromotherapy. A small balcony overlooks the Via XXV Aprile below. The apartment is very bright, finished and with attention to the smallest details; it has been recently equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, sheets, towels, TV, DVD player, free wi-fi, air conditioning). The beds are a double bed and a sofa bed for one and a half.
The apartment is located a two-minute walk from the bus and metro stop in Piazza De Ferrari and a large public car park. The Carlo Felice Opera House, Palazzo Ducale, Via Garibaldi with the museums of Strada Nuova, the Church of the Gesù, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo are just a step away. The Aquarium and the Old Port can be reached on foot in 10 minutes walking through the historic center or the pedestrian Via San Lorenzo. The whole area is full of shops, clubs, typical restaurants, pizzerias and historic shops. From the Porto Antico boats leave for Camogli, Portofino and the Cinque Terre.

Super Place to stay
We stayed here for 4 weeks. What a great place to stay. Location couldnt be better. The apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay. We cooked at home quite often and while the balcony was tight for space it worked well for us and so enjoyable to sit in the morning or evening. We would recommend this apartment and we hope to return!

Spacious, comfortable apartment in great location
It's all in the title....the apartment has all that's needed to have a great stay in Genoa, lots of space, excellent kitchen, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. And a lift! Lighting is also good, which is something often lacking. And the location couldn't be better, between the old town and central activities, and near great transport connections, especially the metro (which is free outside peak times, and links the stations.). You can walk easily everywhere. Many eating places within a few minutes. Host Chiara is a delight to deal with, and cheerfully met us despite our extra late night arrival. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in a wonderful old city
A large clean flat on the 4th floor with a small balcony where you can sit and have coffee in the morning.(If you are brave enough for the window staircase) There is a small but effective lift to the 4th floor so no stairs, unusual in Italy. This is a great place to stay right in the centre of Genoa. Highly recommend.

Spacious well-equipped apartment
Excellent location for the first time visitor, in the old historic center. Many attractions are within an easy walking distance, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with owner at all times. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully set up for meal preparation, if desired. The owner provided us with milk, water, and several items for breakfast preparation. Comfortable bed, very little traffic noise noted at night for such a central location. We would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends.

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our five night stay in Genova. The apartment is well-located, spacious, and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, the modern bathroom with tub and shower was great, and the kitchen was complete with everything one needs to cook. The best accommodation in Genova
After staying in this apartment for five weeks, we cannot imagine a better place to stay in Genova. The location is SO perfect in every sense and Ciara is such a perfect, considerate host, always communicating without delay and ready to help in whatever we ever needed. We were very sad to leave this place behind, but at the same time happy to think that we have so lovely place to come back to whenever we have our next opportunity to enjoy Genova. In Ciara's hands you can rest assured that you will enjoy your stay, and with this location you have direct access to the very loveliest part of Genova's historical center literally from the doorstep! Also buses to every direction, the metro, a big Coop supermarket, unlimited number of cafes, bars and restaurants are easily accessible from just right there. If this apartment is available for you, look no further, it's as simple as that.

Lovely, large, bright apartment in a very central location
Chiara’s apartment is lovely. It is extremely clean, very spacious and has all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is very centrally located, just around the corner from Via Garibaldi, full of many of the old Palazzos, and immediately adjacent to the maze of lane-ways of the old city. Chiara is charming and highly responsive and helpful from initial booking to departure. Being so central it does come with some road noise, though this largely settles after midnight. If it bothers you for sleeping, travel with a set of silicon earplugs and the problem is completely solved. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, finding it an excellent apartment for experiencing Genoa.

Comfortable, cleverly designed and conveniently located apartment
Communications with the owner were prompt, efficient, pleasant and helpful. For us - an older couple - this fourth-floor apartment was an excellent choice. The access by lift made it readily practicable for us. The apartment would be equally suitable for people of most ages. The decoration is of a high standard. The apartment is clean throughout. The furnishings and fittings are good and the double bed is comfortable. The kitchen devices and equipment are of good quality and they work well, as do the hot water system and air conditioning. The bathroom is excellent. The apartment's central location makes for easy access to much of the historical centre, and there is a very adequate supermarket close by and also a truly impressive indoor food-market within reasonable walking distance. We found Genova a fascinating city - and friendly, too - and our two weeks there all too short. We'd gladly visit again. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Stop searching! You just found your perfect apartment in Genoa!
From initial booking to our last day in this apartment; our experience has been beyond perfect. You cannot get a more central location than this apartment. Step outside in any direction and you are transported back in time from medieval age, the renaissance, baroque to art nouveau and just a hint of mid century modern. The apartment is very well appointed and impeccable. Chiara, the owner, was fantastic and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend you consider this apartment!
