Amazing seaview apartment Nervi - Genova

Located on the Anita Garibaldi Walk in Nervi, about 1 km from the Genova Nervi train station, and a short distance from the famous Nervi Parks, the Sea View Apartment offers comfortable accommodation with free high-speed WIFI connection, flat-screen smart TV and a breathtaking view of the sea.

This apartment also equipped with independent heating for the autumn and winter months, includes a double bedroom with a small terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, and a bathroom with bathtub / shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

The sea view apartment is the ideal base for excursions to Genoa, reachable in 15/20 minutes by train or bus, or even to visit the fantastic Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

The building where the apartment is located has a private exit directly on the Anita Garibaldi promenade. From the promenade, which overlooks the sea, there are several possibilities for swimming and sunbathing. Furthermore, always a few meters away. there are the splendid Parks of Nervi.

Oceanfront in Nervi
The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap.

Great place!
We stayed for 7 nights in this very fine apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony and views were superb! The apartment is located just on the beautiful boulevard Anita Garibaldi. We travelled by car but we discovered the area by train because it was easy and the trainstation Genova Nervi is within 15 minutes walk. In short; we had an amazing time!!

Healing the soul
A place where to find and spend quality time with people you care about. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from each room, the balconies for breakfast during Christmas days, the fully equipped apartment, the kindness of people we had to communicate with, the check-in and out, everything. Appartment with balconies at seaside in Nevri , swimming in sea and walking the coast boulevard. Very good Osteria nearby; shops and other restaurants further away. Trains are passing at the back of the appartment; night noise limited due to roller blinds. Nevri is good starting base to visit Genova and cinque terra.

A corner in paradise
With high expectations from a seaview place , it is really unlikely to be happily surprised. But this was the case with the Nervi apartment. This place exceeded all expectations as facility and location . For the train track under your pillow? No worries, you will get used to it after one night.. and anyway you don’t want to sleep and miss a second of the breathtaking view. I thank the host for his prompt and decent communication and I thank signora Melina for receiving us with such a smile and hospitality that stayed with us along our journey. If lucky enough to find availability, we will surely return .

La casa è favolosa, non manca di nulla. L’ accesso diretto alla passeggiata è un vantaggio non indifferente che permette passeggiate piacevoli a ogni ora. L’accesso ai parchi è vicinissimo e anche la stazione è vicina. Potenzialmente arrivi e lasci la macchina sempre lì. Proprietario disponibilissimo così come la signora che ci ha accolto. Ottimo tutto

bestens ausgestattetes , sehr schönes, stilvolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Meerblick von den Fenstern und den beiden Balkonen. Man hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne u wunderbare Ausblicke auf Meer und Landschaft- einfach traumhaft! Tolle Lage direkt an der Passegiata Garibaldi, man ist schnell zu Fuss in Nervi und auch den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fusss in ca, 20 min. Vom Bahnhof gibt es sehr gute Zugverbindungen nach Genua und in die Umgebung. Super ist auch der vom Apartment gehörige Parkplatz für das Auto, das ist in Nervi ein großer Vorteil. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, dieser ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht und Melina empfängt die Gäste sehr herzlich vor Ort- ganz herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hoffen auf eine baldige Wiederkehr. Hinter dem Haus verläuft die Bahnlinie, sodass man die vorbeifahrenden Züge hört. Dies störte uns aber keineswegs, auch unser Schlaf wurde dadurch nicht beeeinträchtigt.

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Allerdings befindet sich hinter dem Haus eine Bahnlinie die leider deutlich hörbar war. Die Unterkunft erhält von uns allerdings trotzdem 5 Punkte, da es ansonsten wirklich ausgezeichnet war und die Aussicht einmalig schön war. Gerne wieder 😀

Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Nervi. Die Terrasse mit Blick direkt aufs Meer und auch der nahegelegenen kleine Strand. Einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Einzig die nahen Bahngleise mit dem Bahnverkehr und dem damit verbundenen Lärm auch nachts war störend.

Empfang und Betreuung durch Melina perfekt, herzlich empatisch und sehr freundlich. Wohnung gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Küche ist zwar klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber alles zum kochen. Balkon ist grandios bei dies sonnigem Wetter. An das Vorbeifahren des Zuges gerade hinter dem Haus haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Vielen Dank Guido und Melina für diese schöne Woche

The apartment was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. It is located about 15 mins by walking to city center/ train station. And 30-40 mins by train to Genova. Would consider it again if I were to return

Adembenemend uitzicht
Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangst door Melina, wat een lieve mevrouw! Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim van opzet, vanaf het balkon heb je een adembenemend uitzicht op zee. Heerlijk om met een wijntje te zitten en te genieten! Vanwege de extreem hoge temperaturen misten we alleen af en toe een airco, maar dat is een luxeprobleem. Overal in Europa was het natuurlijk extreem warm. Nervi is een prachtige plaats, gelukkig nog niet ontdekt door het massatoerisme, en daarom een absolute aanrader voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar authenticiteit en rust. Guido, dankjewel dat we in jouw mooie appartement mochten verblijven! Ciao!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Traumlage
Die Bilder sagen eigentlich schon alles : uns hat eine helle, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick empfangen. Check in lief perfekt, Guido war auch während des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar - perfekt. Alles war vorhanden , was man brauchte. Lift bis zum Parkplatz. Die Anfahrt einfach bis auf die letzten 100 m - man ignoriert leicht die kleine Strasse neben dem Eingangstor zu einem Privatgelände und steht dann in der Fussgängerzone und ist verwirrt. Das Gebäude ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat mehrere Ausgänge und so ist man superschnell am Meer, am Spazierweg oder am Auto. 2 Balkone am Wohn und Schlafzimmer bieten Meer und Küste zum Greifen nah. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gut, aber nur 1.40m breit! Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer aber eine gute Alternative. Die Bahnlinie direkt hinter dem Gebäude war bei uns wegen Bauarbeiten nicht so stark befahren, die durchfahrenden Fernzüge bringen aber eine starke Lautstärke mit sich, bei offenem Fenster schlafen können wirklich nur Hartgesottene. Wir denken schon über unseren nächsten Aufenthalt nach, A pronto, Guido e Melina !! Grazie mille
