"Le chalet est petit mais tout y est . L’agencement est bien pensé et le tout bien décoré . La piscine réservée aux locataires est propre et chauffée . Les hôtes sont adorables et Étienne, le propriétaire des lieux nous a même offert une dégustation de vins. Aux alentours, beaucoup d’activités sont proposées mais il faudra prendre la voiture . Nous recommandons vraiment ce petit havre de paix où nous avons passé une très agréable semaine . Anne-Sophie et Mika"

"Absolutely amazing and much cheaper than an equivalent hotel in the UK. Bedroom was huge and spotless. It was a super king double, with lovely views over the countryside. The continental breakfast was superb. There is no kettle in the room, but you do have access to a kettle outside, so bring your own tea and coffee."

Old house (Nineteen century) near many monuments to visit.

Excellent base for cycling

"Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. "

Worth it just for the dinner!

"Just an overnight stay after a long journey. The host was very friendly. However, our limited French and his complete lack of English did make communication a little difficult. We enjoyed an excellent dinner that was extremely good value. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable."

1 night stay.

"Olde world building at the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and very clean room and communal areas. Very good breakfast. One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France. Would I stay here again, a definite yes."

Lovely boutique hotel

"The hotel was really lovely. Decor had been lovingly thought about and the owners are very much hands on. They have spent a lot of time getting the hotel to perfection. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet too. Large room and large bathroom. They had run out of croissants and pastries at 9am (breakfast finishes at 9.30). I didn’t ask so perhaps there were more available."
