"Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! "The commincation in the lead up and during our stay was very good, thank you! The location was great, just 100m from the pebble beach and less than 10 minute walk into the lovely village. The pool was very big, bigger than we have had at previous villas elsewhere.
