Der Pool hat richtige Größe zum Springen und Schwimmen u angenehme Temperatur im Sommer,auch wenn er geteilt wird. Wir waren die meiste Zeit alleine drin. Für extrem heiße Tage kühlt die Klimaanlage im Haus. Der Sandstrand in Senigallia ist in 15 - 20Minuten erreichbar. Die schönen Klippenstrände von Sirolo od Numana sind eine knappe Stunde weg. "Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. Room had a balcony overlooking the hills."
