"Unfortunately the Wi-Fi reception was very poor. The staff were professional, but not particularly warm or welcoming. The exception was the person who did the breakfast. She was very friendly and kind. "

"Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...

"The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was scary - rickety, wobbly and some very strange noises. The drain in the shower had a dodgey odour. The heating worked well and it’s a safe place to stay. "

When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. "Nous avons passé un week-end sympa en famille, avec nos 2 chiens. Nous avons apprécié la communication facile et agréable avec les propriétaires, le baby foot dans la chambre d'enfants. Mais le montant demandé ne nous semble pas en adéquation avec la maison : certains lits sont inconfortables, l'ameublement hétéroclite et parfois très vieillot (certaines chaises perdent leur vis), la cuisine est équipée mais dans le même esprit que le reste de la maison, un coin salon un peu chiche pour un grand...
