"the rooms are dated but i was told the hotel will be updated within the next 3 months, so that will be great! the service staff was great and fixed problems quickly! i had to move tooms becuase of the smell in the room. the next room the air conditioner was very loud. i called the front desk and maintenance came right away! he looked at the unit and said he would replace the whole unit at 1030p! older property but they make up for it with great staff! pool was enjoyable! "

"Our recent stay at Universal Endless Summer Dockside, during spring break, was fantastic. We switched to this hotel two days before our trip to Universal, and have zero regrets. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the whole process was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to/from the Universal parks. "The water park was closed on some day we stayed and weren’t informed before hand we booked it for the water park but over all was decent. The rooms have a musty smell and could use some up dating. Our room door wouldn’t work half the time or lock properly so updating for sure "
