Beautiful place and perfect location!
Very nice home! Right on the strip, yet peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and back patio and listening to live music from the strip nearby. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Comfy pillows and bed. Nice to have coffee,tea bags,filters,paper towel,dish soap. Tastefully decorated. We will be back.

Family get together
Meeting up with family for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay at this cozy house. Very clean & a very well stocked kitchen. Loved the front porch, just wish it was a little warmer so we could have spent more time on it.

Lovely stay at Geneva on the Lake
We normally stay at B&B's when we travel to Geneva. This time we chose this lovely little home. It was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items you could ever need! The only thing I would change is the kitchen table. No backs on chairs is hard to sit on. A nice little round table with chairs with backs would have made it perfect! We will definitely rent this house again. Vicki Horvath Genoa Oh.

House was everything and more!!! Clean, nicely decorated and updated features. We had the convenience of being right near GOTL strip without all the noise that comes along with the bands playing late at night. Definitely will be booking the house again!!!

Very clean and updated cottage - all the amenities of being at home!
Very nice finishing touches in this cottage. Enjoyed the porch and patio furniture in the morning and the evening while listening to the bands play. Close to the strip - directly across from Eddie's Grill and Sunrise Cafe.

Great house, perfect location
My husband and I traveled to GOTL for a wedding. We wanted to stay near the strip so that we were able to walk everywhere. This house was absolutely perfect location wise and was so nice! They had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT location!
This house is absolutely perfect. Newly remodeled and super cute. Clean is an understatement. Front porch is adorable and is a great place to start or end the day. House is very modern and has everything you need (except an iron). Even had celery salt for Bloody Mary's in the morning! Would HIGHLY recommend this listing for a weekend getaway.

For GOTL, this location is absolutely perfect.
This property is in the middle of everything at GOTL, perfect access to the strip. Even the next door neighbor who lives there full time is awesome. When I go back, this will be the only place I stay. The property has been recently renovated and was really nice for a cottage at GOTL, I would say top 10% of what is available to rent there. Clean, modern, and the updated bath was beyond great for a cottage this size. The front porch was used more than anything! Could not be happier with this rental. Only things I’d like to see would be a screen door for the front, and a dimmer at the front porch. Probably the nicest 1950s era cottage you will ever see.
