"We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away. We had a very small issue that our host took care of immediately. I mean immediately! She came within minutes on a holiday evening! We were so taken care of while we stayed and it was stocked...

"Our family enjoyed this cute old house as we were in town for a wedding. It was close to the venue and the state park where more family camped. We liked walking the neighborhood and so appreciated a well stocked home!!"

Attached garage available for 2 vehicle especially nice for rain or Iowa's Winter weather. "We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and booked one of their jacuzzi rooms. Needless to say we had a blast! I swear this is one of the last hotels in existence to have a pool hot tub as well as jacuzzis in the hotel suites. Will be returning next year so long as the amenities remain the same!"

Loved all the details!

"We stayed here so we could celebrate the holidays with family that lives nearby. We loved everything about this place. There was plenty of space. The home had several cozy places to relax and read. The home is very clean and all the details are taken care of. The home is beautifully decorated. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We highly recommend this home!"

"We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!"
