"Champagne on arrival. Art gallery off the lobby. Live music in the bar. Record turntable in the room. Excellent fine dining and theatres in walking distance. Comfortable room. Pleasant service. Very nice place!"

"The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer in the way of food, entertainment and activities; however, they need to work on their housekeeping and general cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "

"The elevator was very cool with the glass. Loved being able to get a good cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning before hitting the road! Very nice place! Our valet and desk service was so kind to us and helpful! Will be definately staying again the future!"

"Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it. "

"The hotel is very close to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. It has a beautiful view of Geneva Lake. The swimming pool was very big and the hot tub was good sized also. The location of this hotel definitely makes it a great place to stay. The elevators are very slow and seem to be old. The Jacuzzi tub in our room did not work. The hotel seems to be older, but it looks as though they are taking some steps to remodel. "

"We have a family of 10 and this house was perfect for us. There was entertainment for all ages. Large areas for everyone to gather but also gave everyone their own space. Loved watching movies while swimming in the pool. Host was excellent to work with and process was easy. "
