Lousy Front Desk
Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown out/no electricity” on our 2nd day at the hotel,they said they were waiting for someone to operate their generator..But based on my hotel experience, among all hotels Ive been there, this hotel is the most lousy..I will never go back to this hotel again.I hope the management will make improvements in their services.
