"Diego was super friendly, responsive and helpful. I had late checkin and he was very accommodating, the place is well decorated and great value for the cost. Centrally located. Had AC in my room which was so helpful for the summer heat. He even waited outside with me as I left for my uber to come. Would definitely stay here again, very happy with it! "

"As I walked in, another guest stopped specifically to comment about how fantastic Le Petit Palais is. He was not wrong - I was really fortunate to find LPP and would stay again if another trip provides opportunity to visit BA. Educated multi-lingual host (I heard at least 3 languages, I think). Knows how to welcome weary traveler after an overnight flight with no sleep. Had excellent advice for dining options, gave a clear run through of the house rules and neighborhood.
