"perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. "The penthouse is huge, as expected. The area around the property is still under construction, so the quality of the road isn't the best. The staff is nice and helpful. The quality of furniture, furnishings etc. is average, not luxury. Overall we had a great stay."

"The location was perfect for our needs a car Is definitely required. The appartment didn’t have sufficient things to cook a basic meal. No oven or microwave and just a basic 2 pan hob. The pool is very nice and large. We had to ask for a toaster and kettle to be supplied. Overall we managed to get by but would have been perfect if more cooking items were provided. The view is beautiful from the balcony."

"This hotel looked amazing on the photos and in tye description but it's not a true reflection of the reality. The location is great, it's minutes away from the beach, but a lot of the beach is private and it will cost you to use their territory. There is a free bit of the beach opposite to the hotel but no sunbeds there and it gets crowded so be ready for that. Pool. There is NO pool at all. This is not true. There is a pool bar across the road but it doesn't belong to the hotel and its so...

"Very basic apartment. Very noisy. Needs many improvements. Not a good value for money. Communication was the best thing this apartment had (Valeria is very kind and helpful)"

"front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"

Fantastic hotel

"My second time stay in this fabulous hotel continuing from last year. The same receptionist was there, kind and hospitable as ever who made me feel at home and relax. I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning, but they prepared packed breakfast for me not even ask for it. That was really impressive and helpful, thank you so much. Everything is wonderful. I strongly recommend this hospitable hotel."

"A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again."
