"I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The staff accommodated us so well. We were informed the sauna was out of use during our stay, and I had booked the hotel knowing there was a sauna. They immediately compensated us with early check in. The heating was faulty on our arrival, very cold, but, were trying to fix it immediately, and again compensated us with complimentary breakfasts ! Which were incredible I must add. The selection, attentiveness from staff was beyond anything I’ve experienced. Cannot rate this highly enough. Thank you!!!! I had visited Pullman, Liverpool in the uk before Christmas and, again amazing. A wonderful hotel chain! You will not be disappointed. "
