"Good location, amazing view, very clean, convinient apartment. Hospitality hostess, always answer for our question and help us if need. Very calm place, but go to the beach only 5 minutes drive. There are all that you need: dishes (from the coffee cups to pans, towels, convinient beds, air-conditions in all rooms, hot water with good pressure. Balcony with amazing view to the sea and Kalkan. Only one minus we are stay here only 10 days."

"Amazing location the only down side is that the apartment is upstairs so there is no direct access to the pool. That said that is the only downside everything else was great. Well stocked with equipment and utensils, and amazing location just a few minutes to walk to town or kalkan market where there is an aray of shops and restaurants but not noisy at night. Loved our stay and would stay again."

"Clean, tidy and quiet. Location is perfect just like the accommodation itself. Owners wife is sweet, caring and always asks how things are going. Only downside is the owner him self who always looks angry, makes comments about everything and during check-out says "did you cause any damage" instead of "hope your stay went well". Would really like to go there again, only if the owner is not there."

"The apartment is in a great location, close to town but quiet. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean, the size of a villa! The outside space is just excellent. A large private pool, that you can actually swim in, its south facing, so you get the sun all day, and a lovely walled garden with a pergola and additional seating area. The host was excellent with her communication and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Elmas apartment!"

"A really fabulous apartment, with everything you need. Our two teens had their own rooms and they loved the space. Hikmet and Oxana were just lovely and assisted with a few extra items during our stay. The location is great, a five minute walk into the centre of town, the closest we've been in six visits and it made a really nice change to not rely on taxis to get around. We shall be back! Five stars in every way. "

"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"
