"大型のレストランと隣接で便利。朝食ビュッフェはそこでいただきました。周辺にもたくさんのチェーン店があります。スタッフもとても親切。アパホテル等ビジネスホテルより倍ほどの大きな部屋ですが、内装システムが一昔前のもの。ルームキーは部屋番号付きの鍵でした。車で移動の方におすすめ。"

My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. "Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."

"The staff and hotel were wonderful. Close to shopping, dining and Hirome market, all about 1 minute away. Station is a brisk 15 min walk but tram stops almost in front of hotel. Would stay again"
